We provide white-label SEO services for Australian businesses, including technical SEO, local SEO, content, digital PR, and one-off SEO audit reports, delivered through our client dashboard.
To access certain services you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
All subscription plans are month-to-month with no lock-in contract. You may cancel at any time from your client dashboard; your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and no further payments will be charged. See our Refund / Cancellation Policy for full details.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to submit content that infringes third-party rights, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, reports, and dashboard tools, is owned by or licensed to BytePro.com.au and may not be copied or redistributed without permission. Content and reports produced for your account (such as articles or audit reports) are licensed to you for use in your own business once paid for in full.
SEO is influenced by many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes and competitor activity. While we work to improve your rankings, traffic, and conversions, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BytePro.com.au is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
We may suspend or terminate access to our services if these terms are breached, if payment fails, or if required by law. You may terminate your account at any time as described in Section 5.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
